About PPI
PPI is a privately owned, family run ASME code custom pressure vessels and towers fabrication business. Our sole proprietor, Mud Gibbs, is a graduate of Texas A&M University. In 1979, he started the company in the same location it stands today, clearing and leveling the land, and building most of the buildings himself.
We have a 16-acre facility located in Cypress, TX, with 8 acres reserved for long-term storage and potential future expansion. Having started in oilfield construction site work, we evolved into a pressure vessel and tower fabrication, and today, specialize in larger work capacities.
What We Do
We fabricate carbon steel, stainless steel, clad, or special alloy vessels to customer specifications. Our qualified professionals work with customers to design and fabricate single vessels, multivessel packages, or production runs. In addition, PPI can assist businesses in preparing code design calculations and detailed drawings.
